Post Work out Meal




Welcome to the first month of the Army Eats cooking competition. This months theme is focused on a recovery meal, which supplies the body with the right nutrients to aid recovery and maximise physical training programme benefits.


You can be as creative as you like with this months theme, post work out meals can be very personal and can vary massively depending on what type of workout you have completed and what time of day it is. Extra marks will be awarded to those entries that are jam packed with vitamins, protein, essential oils, carbohydrates, starches and fibre.


Entering couldn't be easier. All you need to do is make your post work out meal, take a few photos, select the best and upload via the competition entry page.



Please remember to read the competition rules and include the ingredients / method you used for your entry. Winners will be announced in the first week of June and will be notified via email.
